In this workshop you will learn foundational breathing techniques followed by a guided meditation with the lovely Sandra Nelson. After your session you will learn how to enhance these peaceful moments with the addition of essential oils ~ An introduction to essential oils with Mrs. Rees.

About The Event

In this workshop you will learn abdominal breathing. So many of us do not breath correctly. This workshop will give you the tools you need to increase oxygen to your brain and body. This will be followed by a calm meditation done by candle light. After your relaxing meditation you will learn about some essential oils that can help to enhance your relaxation.

You may bring your own mat to the workshop but they will be provided.

Please bring a towel if you wish for head or back support.

Come in comfortable clothing.
