About the event
Short hair can sometimes make one feel unsure of what to do to create that perfectly vintage look. However if you look back, most women of the 1950's had cut their hair short after working in the factory during the war... so short hair styles are PERFECTLY suited to pinup style. You simply need the tools to accomplish feminine style.
This workshop will focus on the techniques needed to created the ever so popular Up-sweep or Poodle seen worn most often by Lucille Ball.
Not your style... that is okay. I have chosen this style to focus on because it incorporates many techniques from Rollers placement to brushing out and reforming your curls to how to pin your hair properly and what products to use. These techniques can be applied to any style you choose.
