About the event

Starting SEPTEMBER I am hosting a FREE "Stitch and Story" Circle!

Join me, Mrs. Rees (Michele) at the Parlour for Seniors/Adult Storytime together; a circle of needle crafts.

Lets sit around the RADIO, just like in the olden-days, and listen to a Podcast/ Story while we knit, crochet, embroider, weave, Victorian Ribbonwork etc.

Bring your needlework project supplies: wool, yarn, thread, embroidery hoops, ribbon, needles of all sorts... you get the idea

Bring a closeable hot vessel for your tea (which I will have available to fill) and we will sit together around the circle of friends, listen to our story, sip tea, and time to chat afterwards too!

Supplied by me: Tea, a circle of chairs, the story and a beautiful gathering space.

Space is limited!!! 10 circle spaces (other seating within the Parlour is available for up to 10 more guests)

Please contact me via  email if you wish to reserve your spot around the Story Circle!

Sunday, September 4th at 1:30pm - 3:30pm

1 hour of story followed by 1 hour to chat & enjoy each others company.

Featured Stories for September

I am looking forward to spending this time with you. 2 hours of needlework while we listen to a story, laugh and enjoy each others company.
