About the event
Welcome to December Stitch & Story!
This stitch and story will be slightly different than previous meetings.
This will be a pot luck meal. Not just desserts. Easy finger food style things. They can be homemade or store bought. I do have a microwave at the Parlour so if you need to heat something up... it can be done. I also have several outlets close to tables so if you wish to bring a Slowcooker or something... that will be available.
No one seems to have restrictions in eating so bring whatever you wish. I have pills I can take for dairy and will during the holidays so don't hold back on bringing what brings you joy!
I would like to do an ORNAMENT exchange! If you wish to be a part of this I need your name asap and I will draw names for who you are buying for. Again, your ornament can be homemade or purchased... totally up to you. BUT here is the challenge... we are a stitching group... this is our ornament theme. Buy something for your stitching sisters that you feel will represent your times at Stitch & Story!
Other than this... we have an extra hour of time this meeting. It will begin at 1:30pm on Sunday as normal and go until 4:30pm. I will be arranging 1.5 hour stitching time with stories to keep us occupied. Then, same as always, you can continue to stitch and chat or go grab a snack and chat there.
