Getting to know the items in your candle will not only help you to focus your energies when you use them but also allows you to go beyond the suggested use. When you are aware of the energies and associations the crystals and herbs have, you may focus on one or several of the items in the candle through meditation and visualization to bring forth that specific energy. This allows you to use the candle for any purpose within the realm I have created for you. This allows you to truly focus your candle on your intent.
Sunstone promotes your self-healing powers. Very helpful with in cases of exhaustion causes by lack of sleep. It has an invigorating effect on the heart, back, eyes and kidneys and is also very effective in cases of poor blood circulation. It has a very positive effect on the psyche. It promotes a good sense of humor, cheerfulness and good temper. It lifts depression and helps feelings of discrimination and failure as well as images of an evil world. Sunstone increases a sense of self-esteem and self confidence. It allows your sunny side to come to the fore.

Witch Hazel can banish unwanted emotions and to remove hexes, dis-ease, and general negativity. The name witch hazel refers to the flexible nature of the twigs. The word “witch” comes from Old English wice meaning “pliant, weak, bendable” from Proto-Indo-European *weyg “to bend, to turn, to yield”. It helps us in this way to be more bendable and go with the flow.

Elderberries have been used for protection from evil. In some cultures, it is believed that elder twigs can bring good luck. They are also often used in blessing rituals.
In no way is this an alternative to seeking help from a physician. This candle is meant to help in making you feel better and may help to raise the energy you need to get through your day.
A beautiful tin presentation; easy to take on the go and for small alter areas. Snuff with the metal lid if needed. It is not recommended to blow out your candle. Blowing is thought to put the two elements of air and fire against each other which can disrupt the energies within your space.
Sometimes certain crystals and herbs are not available. The listed are just examples of possible crystals that may be present in your candle (mostly they will all be included and noted if not). We choose the best crystals and herbs to adorn your candle according to the intention of the candle and what is currently available. Many of the herbs are grown by me in my magickal garden or locally by a friends.
