Getting to know the items in your candle will not only help you to focus your energies when you use them but also allows you to go beyond the suggested use. When you are aware of the energies and associations the crystals and herbs have, you may focus on one or several of the items in the candle through meditation and visualization to bring forth that specific energy. This allows you to use the candle for any purpose within the realm I have created for you. This allows you to truly focus your candle on your intent.
Garnet has inspired many legends and popular associations with love, friendship, light, and vitality. It’s one of the oldest known gemstones.With associations with the heart, blood, inner fire, and life force, garnets have long been considered symbols of love. Garnet symbolism also extends to friendship. However, these connections are surprisingly sinister.
In Greek mythology, Persephone, the goddess of vegetation, was kidnapped by Hades, the god of the Underworld. She could only return to the surface world if she didn’t eat any food in that realm. Since she ate some pomegranate seeds, she had to remain in the Underworld for that many months out of the year, which results in the months of winter.

Rose: Mythology reports that goddesses love to pamper their body with a bath filled with Roses while some of them filled their bedchambers and bedrooms with flowers and petals of red Roses because of the pleasant smell and for soft skin. Roses themselves are a symbol to the goddess Aphrodite, Venus and Freyja. Aphrodite emerged from the sea, white roses formed from the sea foam. The rose is also connected to the Egyptian goddess Isis.

Patchouli is most commonly used in money spells. Legend states that Saturn, the god of hard-work, rewards, and limitations, governs patchouli. To honor him, money spells should be performed on Saturday, the day of Saturn. Patchouli isn’t for everyone, but if you happen to enjoy the scent, it’s one of the best for drawing money. Nothing grounds you in your body and the physical world quite like the scent of patchouli. It aligns us with the richness of the earth and inspires us to allow luxurious blessings to flow endlessly into our life experience.
A beautiful tin presentation; easy to take on the go and for small alter areas. Snuff with the metal lid if needed. It is not recommended to blow out your candle. Blowing is thought to put the two elements of air and fire against each other which can disrupt the energies within your space.
All candles are handmade and therefor they are completely OOAK. This means that your candle may not look exactly like the candle pictured but they are all made with intent and we feel that the candle you recieve will indeed be the perfect candle for you!
Sometimes certain crystals and herbs are not available. The listed are just examples of possible crystals that may be present in your candle (mostly they will all be included and noted if not). We choose the best crystals and herbs to adorn your candle according to the intention of the candle and what is currently available. Many of the herbs are grown by me in my magickal garden or locally by a friends.
