No Spend Tip
One of the things that I have done to help me along my No Spend (on myself) year and only spending on essentials and others (gifts) is that I have unsubscribed to many emails subscriptions that I was following. Many of mine were retailers selling things like crystals and retro clothing. I find these are difficult to read when you are on a no spend journey. LOL So, I am trying to clean up my emails and eliminating that which I do not read or do not wish to read any longer.
